FinnGen Data Freeze 13 results now available

We are pleased to announce the release of FinnGen Data Freeze 13!

DF13 incorporates updated health register data, increasing the number of cases across many disease endpoints. While the number of participants remains unchanged, this expanded longitudinal follow-up provides greater statistical power for genetic discovery and downstream analyses.

The release includes analyses of 2,755 endpoints across 500,186 participants and more than 21 million genetic variants.

As with previous releases, the results can be browsed with the web browser and summary statistics data can be downloaded from cloud storage free of charge. Visit our Access results page for more information!
