National Research Network

FinnGen supports the research of its Finnish partners through a local analyst network. Each node has a dedicated analyst, who is familiar with the FinnGen data, genetic analyses, the computing environment and the tools. The analysts serve the researchers of the universities and hospitals locally.

The local analyst promotes FinnGen and research and collaboration within the consortium. He/she is available to guide and assist accessing the data and in planning and carrying out analyses. The analysts are trained by FinnGen and also support each other within the network. Contact the analyst of your organisation and area for further information.
