Accessing data, results and tools

FinnGen partners have access to individual level data and the latest results

All researchers and staff of the Partner Organisations of The FinnGen Consortium can apply for access to individual level data and new results are immediately available for use within the consortium. The data and results are shared with members and analyses are conducted inside a secure computing environment, the Sandbox.

FinnGen partner organisations in Finland are supported by a local analysis support person who supports the researchers of the universities and hospitals in using FinnGen data. Together, the  local analysts and their organisations form a national network for promoting FinnGen research.
